Overview

In accordance with European Union regulations, customers have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product(s) within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.

 

Conditions to exercise this right:

  1. The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  2. The product(s) must be in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  3. Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return, unless they are defective.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email us at global@txpedals.com with the following details:

 

  • Full name.
  • Order number.
  • Product(s) you wish to return.

Once we receive your request, we will provide detailed instructions for the return process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product(s).

 

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • For partial returns, only the value of the returned product(s) will be refunded.

Note: Initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defects or errors in the order.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
